She answers the question of how can Australian's build their wealth without an inheritance to rely on using a recent example of the 2024-25 tax cuts.

According to Jessica, a worker who received a monthly tax cut of $250, invested it in the ASX, and achieved an average annual return of 9 percent would have $48,000 in 10 years and $432,000 in 30 years.

“The prevailing thought in Australia is that you have to invest in property to get ahead – but that is increasingly out of reach in many of the metropolitan markets,” Jessica says.
