How do I register a moomoo account? Do I need to pay any fees?
Sign up and open an account, then download the app to deposit. You can follow the guidelines in the app to register a moomoo account by mobile or email for free.
How do I claim my rewards? And when do I get them?
Rewards will be automatically issued to your moomoo account. You can go to the moomoo app - [Me] - [My Rewards] to check your reward record. Rewards will credit to your account within 15 working days!
Why can't I get rewards even after I reach the deposit limit?
The deposit application you initiated will be processed within one to three working days. Once processed, you can get the reward; if you still donnot get it after five working days, please contact us for assistance.
Which currencies are eligible for this cash rebate promotion?
This Promotion is only available for uninvested cash balances deposited in both Canadian Dollar (CAD) and US Dollar (USD) and is not available for uninvested cash balances deposited in other currencies.
When is the cash rebate typically distributed?
The cash rebate distribution for the previous calendar week will usually be completed on the following Monday of each week. In the event of the aforesaid delay, Moomoo CA will try the best to complete the cash rebate distribution within 3 business days.
