How to link a bank account for wire transfers

To deposit or withdraw funds via wire transfer, you will need to link a bank account first.
Please follow the steps below to link a bank account in the moomoo app.

 

1. Enter the bank account linking page

To link a bank account in the moomoo app, go to:
  • Accounts > Transfers > Withdrawal > Add New Bank Account

Note: To find your Username and password, please refer to What is the Client Portal?

 

2. Submit your bank account information

1. On the bank account linking page, select the country or region where your bank is located.

2. Enter your bank account number.

3. Find the Click here link to select your bank.

4. You can search for your bank in the following two methods:

 Method 1: Enter the 5-digit Transit Number and the SWIFT/BIC Code.

 Method 2: Select Search by bank name, and fill in the Bank Name and Bank City fields.

5. Enter your Username and password to confirm your identity.

Note: To find your Username and password, please refer to What is the Client Portal?

6. Tap Save Bank Information to finish linking your account.

Note: The name on the bank account must match the name of the brokerage account.
