Moomoo Canada - Chance to Win 5 Years of Free Trades

1. Duration of promotions

The Promotion (“Program”) commence on November 1st, 2024, at 4:00AM ET and end on November 30th, 2024, at 23:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”).

2. Free trade contest

2.1 Who is eligible to participate?

Users who have never made a deposit* into their Moomoo Canada accounts prior to participating in the program.

*Eligible deposit refers to funds that are deposited into a Moomoo Self-directed Investing account through either Online Bill Payment, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Wire Transfer only.

2.2 How to participate?

Step 1: Join the promotion on the landing page (https://www.moomoo.com/ca/events/commissionfree) and complete the specified tasks in order to get the contest tickets.

Step 2: Only one contest ticket can be entered into the draw each day.

Step 3: Moomoo will randomly select participants as winners to receive rewards.

Here are the details that participants need to adhere to:

1. The contest is only limited to the users who have never made a qualifying deposit to a Moomoo account. Each moomoo user can enter the draw only once per day; users may enter every day over the month of November.

2. Users need to complete their account opening submission and/or make their first deposit before sharing the promotional landing page.

3. Moomoo will randomly draw the winners daily, with results announced at 9:00 PM EST.

4. The contest results will be announced in the moomoo app, on the official Moomoo social media channels on Reddit, and in the Moomoo community.

5. After the results are announced, users can participate in the next draw.

2.3 Promotion Rewards

There are two promotion rewards in two phases: regular rewards and the grand prize.

Each user is limited to potentially receiving one regular reward in addition to the grand prize. A regular reward cannot be won multiple times by each user.

2.4 How do you use the commission rebate cards?

1. The winners will receive commission rebate cards to obtain their commission rewards. The rewards will be credited to the winners' moomoo accounts within five business days of the announcement.

2. The commission rebate cards have a maximum limit, with a 6-month commission-free limit of CAD $3,000, a 1-year commission-free limit of CAD $6,000, and a 5-year commission-free limit of CAD $10,000. Should there be a multiple user winner, they can combine the timeline with the shorter time-limit first.

3. The commission rebate can only be used when you trade on the moomoo platform. More details:

1. The commission rebate card can only take effect after it is activated. Winners need to open a cash or margin account to activate the commission rebate card (in the event you do not already have one).

2. Winners must first pay the commission charge. Applicable orders completed during the card's validity period will automatically receive the corresponding commission refund within five trading days, until the card limit is exhausted.

3. The applicable categories and applicable commission currencies of commission rebate cards are subject to the discount description.

4. The refundable order commission value is based on the statement information, and the refund will be issued in CAD. If the remaining value is not in CAD, it will be converted to CAD based on the corresponding closing exchange rate from the statement day before being applied.

5. Multiple commission rebate cards for this program cannot be used at the same time. The amount from the card that is about to expire will be used first. All rebate cards need to be activated within 30 days for every moomoo winner's account.

2.5 Further Terms and Conditions:

1. The commission rebate card is anonymous, cannot be reported as lost, does not provide change, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be carried forward, and does not support transfers.

2. To ensure normal use of cards and coupons, please ensure that your software has been updated to the latest version.

3. Commission rebate cards are activity rewards, and moomoo has the right to revoke commission rebate cards obtained due to system vulnerabilities, illegal operations, and other abnormal participation.

4. Moomoo Financial Canada Inc. (MFCI) has the final right to interpret the rules related to commission rebate cards to the extent permitted by law.
