How to check the status of a deposit

There are two methods to check the status of your deposit:
  1. Tap Accounts > Select an account > Transfers > Deposit > Select an account > Other Deposit Methods > Funds Records
  2. Tap Accounts > Select an account > Transfers > Deposit > Select an account > Funds Records
 
Notes:
  • We will let you know if your deposit is successful by email and in-app message.
  • If you make a deposit through the Client Portal, instead of through the moomoo app, please log in to the Client Portal to check the status.
