How to find your tax forms

Your tax forms can be accessed on your client portal on both desktop and mobile platforms.

Desktop

Follow the steps below to download your tax forms:

1. Open your web browser and go to the Client Portal.

2. Click Performance & Reports > Tax Documents

Mobile

Follow the steps below to download your tax forms:

1. Log in to the Client Portal on your mobile phone.

2. Tap More > Performance & Reports > Tax Documents
