Here is a substantial upgrade during a strong rally. I think this will push Microsoft into all-time highs very soon. Possibly today. You saw what happened to Apple after its upgrade yesterday.
Of course, I could always be wrong. But investors are loving Microsoft right now. This upgrade will likely be more fuel for the rally.

Institutions then took profits by dumping shares with the help of 2 big downgrades.
Apple got flushed from 190s to 180s, declining about 5% in the process. Lots of bad news came out eg Apple watch ban, slow demand in China.
