One thing you shouldn't miss this week is the House vote on the lifting of the federal ban on Marijuana.
Apparently, people of the USA want something to loosen their minds at this highly tensed time. The study suggests that more than 68% of people support the legalization of Marijuana.
Although passing the bill does not mean you can smoke weed in front of your boss during a weekly briefing conference, the states may be able to legalize marijuana themselves. This will certainly make history. Marijuana stocks rise due to the news. ...

Great progress in terms of legalization was made for the Cannabis/Marijuana sector in 2020. The 2020 elections resulted in a number of US states engaging in new Cannabis friendly policies and laws being approved by voters, which caused Marijuana stocks soared during the election.
Congress announced they will meet in a joint session Wednesday to formally count the votes of the Electoral College on Jan. 6. In today's market, stocks in industrial hemp sector soared. For instance, ...

President Donald J Trump (R) expected to back federal legalization, Trump gave us the right to try for people with terminal illness, althought he said he doesnt smoke himself he has seen how it has helped veterans and wanted to give vets and cancer/epilepsy paitents acess to it years ago. I read through some of the bill today and it gives the states power to decide which was the Trump admins previous idea, this was to protect areas like the Bible Belt where state majority doesnt approve, so just like alchol there will likely be “dry” areas depending on your state but overall its very fair and no longer a problem with the feds.
found an article for earlier today, but of course the title makes him sound like the bad guy or that there is hesitation. Trump has always been great at making good deals for everybody, the vets, natives, religious groups, industries, and workers. His rallies at the indian nations were really inspiring they were plating drums for him.
did anyone see those? that was amazing ❤️
Really bummed out Andrew Cuomo (D) has been promising legalization for NY many times but haulted because of a “great deal” he was makinf with two other states to be industry leaders. Really hurt to watch NJ do a better job and get it done. My home town was supposed to be an industry leader reviving the old vacant factories in the Binghamton area. Cuomo needed to get voted out forever ago. 😩 Hes basically ba...

Giving me the freedom to post my feelings even if they are NOT THE SOCIAL NORM. And an even bigger thanks for not suspending me, giving me a timeout, deleting my posts, or putting "BABY" in a corner (here we go again, lmao) I know I kid I kid but seriously. thank you as I know I've touched on a very wide range of topics haha which brings me to marijuana and legalization.
the last time we had a contest about posting our thoughts on marijuana legalization I came in hot with a very strong theory of how the hemp markets were suppressed for bigger profits in the paper industry (rough summary) but this time I want to focus on why I feel the federal government is reluctant to legalize Nationwide marijuana.
I honestly feel it's because the well-known drug dealing and cartel supplying CIA has been trafficking, guiding, and being the informant since it's inception when the well-known "WAR ON DRUGS" era began and it danced so beautifully with the mass incarceration agenda for Private industry profit plan. and many average non-violent people suffered cruel consequences for someone else's profits. Anyway, I digress.
If the federal government would legalize it they would not have a hand in the cookie jar and also leverage on many people by keeping it a crime. they also would have no reason to have the CIA and DEA following around there drug and...

$HEXO Corp (HEXO.US)$ had their price Target raised to 13.50 Canadian. I believe that comes out to about 10.69 USD. It's now trading around 7.48 USD? Hmmm. I'm still feeling like Pot Stocks are going to still be a little unstable. But obviously much better than last year where we are actually seeing progress and not one huge sector flop lol ✌️ What are your opinions on the MJ/HEMP/CBD stocks this year?

HC Luck7 : Buy SNDL...not doubt...buy more if it’s reduced to 0.7. Don’t sell and just keep...then you will see your treasure in Dec before Christmas.
Field of Greens : I believe it will pass. Hopefully soon bringing to us the best companies to invest in. Currently the company's that will benefit the most are unavailable here, only available on the OTC markets. Look forward to being able to buy Trulieve, Green Thumb, Curaleaf, Cresco and Jushi on Moomoo
Mcsnacks H Tupack : Nope. Cannabis distributors are struggling to get their product out and they are running out of cash. Everybody knows weed is all about puff puff pass, but covid has destroyed that. I’m sure federal will legalize it, just because they need to take the burden off the prison system since the funding for them keeps getting cut.
Spartakus : maybe
treydongui : the market has been expanding tremendously as compared to a slow grind at the start. Last year it was total hype. I think this year they will be able to put some numbers behind their convictions to prove the industry is legit and here to stay.
