Real estate in China may finally be nearing the end of a years long slide, with home prices and land sales demonstrating fresh strength, Reuters reported.
Average city prices rose 0.15% month-on- month in January, marking the fastest gain since mid-2021. Growth occurred in 49 of the 100 surveyed cities, slightly more than the 47 cities that saw growth in December.

From past few days $Alibaba (BABA.US)$ is flooded with nothing but positive news. China opening up, positive audit, Chinese investors allowed to invest in BABA for the first time, China extending stimulus throughout 2023 etc.,
Only positive news pending is Ant IPO $Ant Group Ecosystem (LIST1287.HK)$ , Which might happen soon. Even with all these positives stock is not moving much. Am i missing something?
