With the impending rate cut, I am of the view that REIT will benefit from it due to lower financing cost and higher valuation resulted from the lower capitalisation rate. Lower interest rate is also more palatable for REIT companies to tap on acquisition opportunities. It is also just in time that Moo Moo started to launch the new features for us to trade Singapore Stock Exchange, what a good timing!

August was a good month, I prefer to day and swing trade options contracts. I generally limit my time in the marketing try to let my little wins stack up. I really like the moo moo P&L Callander. It's been handy at keeping me in line with my strategy. overall monthly yield of 238% was a good month and I will set a personal goal of over 300% for September. Good luck to all trader's!

During the month of August, i have traded 243 times in the US market, BUY BUY SELL SELL over 18 stocks & ETFs. Each day, i traded between 6 to 20 trades on a 3 hours time period. Overall, this is not my most traded month, but it can be considered my Top 5.

In August, I focused on minimizing volatility by strategically cashing out all my positions and reallocating into a money market fund. This approach allowed me to maintain liquidity while earning a passive daily income of over $40. WolfRun OP 105251507 : Do you find it risky? I did not think about that. If overall is down by 50%, I can still take it. My cost is much lower but that could be risky if it doesn't recover.
