with all the tools available to them and the longest streak of bull market, Gen Z is in the best period to invest, with inflation going higher the only way to beat inflation is to make the money work harder.
Compare to the previous generations, Gen Z do have multiple advantages such as faster Internet access (5G network), bigger social media ( $Meta Platforms (FB.US)$ , $Twitter (Delisted) (TWTR.US)$ ), smarter mobile devices ( $Apple (AAPL.US)$ ) and more online trading platforms and brokerage ( $Futu Holdings Ltd (FUTU.US)$ MooMoo ), allowing them to trade not just stocks, but also forex, options, futures, CFD, cryptocurrencies and many more. Also, some of them are rich and have started their own business. Thus, there is no doubt to the 90% increase, even though I was expecting a 300% increase. ![]()

I would say they're the beginning of the new era of tech savvy investors and meme stocks. Hope they make good use of all the resources and may the apes get stronger together.
With a greater emphasis on stock market knowledge and various education platforms providing support, Gen Z investors are using the wealth of information to allow them to make decision and risk.
Gen Z have been more adaptive to new technology and finding new ways to accomplish their financial objectives. They have greater access to information, they invest through investment apps and build wealth in ways that were not available in the era before them.
There are many of the free investing apps with no fees and partial-share trading were specifically designed for young beginners. This has encourage more Gen Z to start investing.
