totally agree that it ain't over till it's sold. At this moment I find it is the right time to build up your investment plan. You can do so many things such as trading sideway, buy dollar cost average for stock to average the price down, and planning your investment after fed meeting. last but not least keep the stocks that pay dividends and dollar cost average.

a lot of new investors panic when the price of the stocks in their portfolio drop. Yes, it can be heartbreaking when you see that the price of your stock dropped by more than 50%, but you should never give up.
