Microsoft has not yet announced the specific content of the Build 2023 conference. No new Surface hardware is expected to be announced, some new features for Windows 11 may be announced, and it's possible that official plans for Windows 12 will be revealed. Of course the conference is expected to have more information about Microsoft's AI plans, including new developments in the Bing Chat chatbot.
