In Elon Musk news, the Tesla CEO said in an email "no one can join Tesla, even as a contractor," before the hiring request is approved by him. Separately, Musk was issued a subpoena by the U.S. Virgin Islands in relation to its lawsuit against JPMorgan Chase.
