What u think of being a full-time trader?
I'm not really sure about that....
In my opinion, I thinks it's kinda like a dead road except if u are the smart one with brain 🧠, rich one.
I thinks 🤔 it may be even more stressful than a normal job (office worker). Because u may have to daily monitor the stock market, depending which types of traders u are = short-term? long-term?
If u choosed full-time stock trading as a caree...

There are 3 main traits to avoid that is the reason I have walking away as full time trader,
1. Addiction
2. Emotional imbalance
3. Consiousness
The excitement in trade process, fast trade money, chase for greater dream and more dreams become an addiction that reality might lead to uncontrollable finances and destroying a career whether work life or in business. Further, emotional impacts through moody at loss and gain from the trades, the joy rely to numb...

I’ve recently seen all these “Youtube traders” that show off their Lamborghini’s, nice watches and penthouse views overlooking the beach.
These guys aren’t traders, they are marketers, that are feeding their lifestyle off people who believe trading is a way to get rich quick.
If you want to lose all your money within a month, then these are the guys to follow. The people that are actually making money trading are the ones that are locked away in a room for 15+ hours a day grinding away at...

I feel that being a full-time trader can be very misleading as many people would think that this is just something a young millennial would do. They envision a young kid in a hoodie, sitting in front of 5 screens. However, it definitely isn’t so.
To be a full time trader, you need technical knowledge and skills, which can only be accumulated and learnt over time with the right amount of experience. Reading charts is easy, but making instant split second...

Yes this is the best time to become a full time trader. You have financial freedom and flexibility to choose how you want to work and trade. Be it normal daylight hours in the Singapore stock market if you living in Singapore. If you choose the US stock market working hours, you can in the day be a house man taking care of the kids, do household chores, drive wife to work and fetch kids back from school, cook for their meals and supervise their school home work. What it takes is discipline, focu...

Thoughts on Full time trading
It could be a source of joy if you do your due diligence. I am considering it as a career in a few years when I have more market experience because studying alone is the 1st step. You need to be able to refer to good and bad experiences to refine skills over time and be a consistent winner. That is the only time full time trading is worth it.

yes I am a full-time trader in my retirement though. you must be willing to spend a lot of time devoted to watching charts and keeping up with the current trends. staying aware of what moves the market and using strategies to trade better. having a base of funds is essential you must be willing to save and not use the money for other things. success is measured in small percentages not large gains. keeping up with many companies and their economic Outlook is very important. not listening to a lo...

One of my friends' recently entered into a career as a full time trader. But before doing so, he spent almost a year learning and trying to master the craft so that he is capable and does not end up losing money.
Thus far, he is seeing consistent gains. This shows that hard work pays off and we can take full time trading as a possible career.
The perks of full time trading are that we are our own boss, flexibility as we can choose the time to trade and of course the possibili...
