Why be so emotion over the market?
Not sure about others, but when it comes to investment... it means to invest with extra/spare cash or cash that u are willing to stand a chance of losing , at least that's what it means to me.
If u don't want the market to control you or u can't stand volatility & yet still want to invest, I suggests u just buy & hold etf like :
$SPDR S&P 500 ETF(SPY.US$
$Vanguard S&P 500 ETF(VOO.US$
