Weekly losers last week

For weekly losers, Sidoti & Co. changed the rating for $AMN Healthcare Services (AMN.US)$from Buy to Neutral, after a steady climb since last year. Besides, oil stocks are the most losers, as the U.S. would cut 0.75million barrels of oil production per day due to the oil price war raised by Saudi Arabia and Russia hurt the U.S.'s shale production. Worse still, America may lose its first position of oil production at the end of 2020, predicted by some analysts.
