Trader-101 OP 70090692 : you're actually right it will be delisted as of the end of Monday but with that said you have the right to exercise that right or sell it if you choose to hold it it will expire worthless now the exercise price is $10 a share for the common stock which it's going to be a dissolution but what that means is when a company like this offers warrants and rights and units are required to put up collateral so what will happen when you exercise that they will give you back the collateral that was put up I'm going to do a little more research to find out what each warrant would be worth to you if you chose to send it to the acquisition company and I will post it and let you know before Monday
