$Arbutus Biopharma (ABUS.US)$ won a lawsuit over a patent pertaining to the COVID-19 vaccine. The patent is essential, so if $Moderna (MRNA.US)$ wants to "lead the charge," they have a big speed bump here. With that said, it would be nothing for MRNA to buy out ABUS, especially before shares run up.

OstranderRyan : Already have an open call option until January for $$Moderna Inc ()$, might look into $$Arbutus Biopharma Corp ()$ as well but I think moderna is going to skyrocket within the next couple months

If you don't buy it, there's thousands of people waiting in line behind you that will take it.
