70118289 : wait what this is what the share holders voted on, this is a 10 to 1 ads to add to the shares for the SEC. for what I understand is for 1 ads share is equal to 1 common share now it will be 1 ads share will equal to 10 common shares.
70118289 70118289 : so I do not think this is the split to get it above a dollar yet. 1 share of ads is equal to $13.80 right now for what I read so after the 21st it will be worth $3.80. this is just my opinion and not to justify your money . due your own due diligence.

consealit : Every ten shares will be worth one share at 10times the current price. Meaning 1000 shares at .58 are going to be worth 100 shares at 5.80
