does this have anything to do with that penny stock โTOPSโ that is based in greece that floated between 7 cents a share and 15 cents a share and the other day was bought out and it exploded 1,750% in a single day?? I had bought TOPS like $ 500 worth of tops about two months ago at 10 cents and sold it at 15 cents thinking I did great 
Skimmer808 : Yea I've tried lotto on this turd once before, on the June offering when it dropped to .35 I bought in, then 2 weeks later had another offering
, anything below .10 looks like a good entry before it's off to OTC

They also did a direct offering at .18
You never know with these shippers!!
