Steven Frizzell : I mean that's what a R/S is basically taking excessive shares off the table to bump there price up and keep it above a 1$ for 10 market days to be in compliance. if you break it down you still have the same investment as before just now with a lower float and just all around better set up. plus they have FDA approved drug that should show on Sept 1st earnings report.
