Mcsnacks H Tupack OP : It won’t be all at once. It will go down to around 8.79 over about a 25-28 day range. But nov5 it will hit its peak price for the year at around 12.75-13.00 when they become a billion dollar company.

Mcsnacks H Tupack OP : Stocks have patterns that they stick too 90% of the time. The only thing that changes the pattern is news or a market correction. And to find big increases you look at when their earnings are going to be reported. So I know that they sold a part of their company for 400 million dollars but that can’t be added to their market cap until the end of 3rd quarter. So then their market cap will increase which makes their stock increase, unless they decide to dilute the shares with an offering but they won’t need to do that because they just made 400 million and the only reason for an offering is for expansion or paying off debt. And since 400million is a third of their market cap then that would have the stock increase around 4.00-5.00. Which will put their stock around 13 or 14 which would be the highest it can go because they don’t do much in news or sales in November or December.
Capt Morgan : I'm starting to get the pattern tracing on stocks I look at the 5 day the month and the quarter and am definetly seeing the pattern in almost all of them on the blue line at least :)
