Mcsnacks H TupackOP : Yea I’m constitutional law and Biden can’t win because the states that are hand recounting just have to stretch it out until December 8th and then the electoral college has to vote with the states ruling party which in all those states is republican. Or the fact that 4% of mail in votes are not able to be certified in hand counting so those are disqualified. Trump wins in that scenario also.
