LA-Garfield : Your information is biased. In fact, it is only aimed at corporate joint-stock companies with official government participation in China, not all Chinese joint-stock companies.

70147395 GFCGFC OP : yes but I believe I read that even if the bill passes it will be a 3 year process before they are actually "delisted" which gives time to hopefully come up with something between both sides to keep them trading on our exchange
