This should count as a referral for me as well and doesn't show on my list. Why are my referrals not counting for me? This is the second account I have found where I didn't get credit, but the other person has. It's making me wonder if the referrals have a glitch and also makes me think how many other referrals I don't know about that I didn't get credit for.
FirstStrike Veteran OP FirstStrike Veteran OP : I hate that I have to do all the leg work to get my referral free stocks. I am a trader not a guy who wants to spend hours emailing cs@fututrade.com and searching for people your program missed. I am also pretty sure the people I have referred would rather be doing research on stocks then emailing cs@fututrade.com to prove I referred them.
I am currently not actively going to refer any more people until this gets worked out.
Thanks I honestly love Moomoo but right now I am disappointed.

FirstStrike Veteran OP Clownarado : Just putting it out there for you guys. I have already had to spend hours trying to get a free stock from referring my mother. She got hers but I didn't get mine, and cs@fututrade.com wants an email from her stating how I refered her. She's my Mom what else do they need? Then my question is how did she get it and the person who referred did not. Is there a glitch? If so how many other mooers have referred people and didn't get their free stock?
