Alibaba earnings forecast
I personally think that although technology stocks have been overvalued, Alibaba's $Alibaba(BABA.US$ earnings will undoubtedly grow steadily. The main consideration is the retaliatory consumer behavior after the epidemic in China, which has increased the earnings of its main business, e-commerce.
BABA's earnings call will be hold 2 hours later. CICC expects BABA’s revenue in Q3 of fiscal 2021 to reach 213.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 32%, of which core e-commerce business (advertising and commission income) revenue is 101.2 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 20%.
The basic of BABA remain stable and require more stimulation points.
