70146032 : it doesn't matter if it's set to a thousand or a hundred really... when you set a sell order it locks those shares. those shares cannot be used to short sell.
DeepFookingValue : Go higher. If you and a whole bunch of people like you do that then it will hit a stall. As you see it go up you can increase your limit. Just don't want them to trip a limit to low.
