Mcsnacks H Tupack OP : They just control how it’s perceived. If you read the charts yourself you can see what is really happening to the price. The worst conception is people think when the price is going down people are selling. That’s part of it but it’s mostly people are buying but trying to sell at a lower price. And that’s not shown in the price until there aren’t enough shares available to sell at that lower price. Simplest way I can explain it

Mcsnacks H Tupack OP : Price target. Rsi will hit 100 signaling all shares are purchased. Then it’s buy when someone sells. Which causes a stall. Which causes panic selling. Which causes it to fall as fast as it went up until the buying is more than the selling which might not happen until it falls to 18.00. But it may go back up, but it will take it longer, but it can then go higher than 48.75, but then it may not.
