Mathieu AndasunOP : what i gathered from the vote is it will be a shelf offering, meaning it may not be immediate. but they released their intentions from all the offerings that they are looking for a company to aquire. they have 1 billion on hand right now, so in my opinion the offering wouldn't be used immediately. either way though, the future is very bright!
71844368 : If the vote passes on the meeting, it means that the shares will be definitely diluted at some point. I think it will happen soon as they need to use shares plus some cash to acquire another company, that’s how most buyout works. So the price will be pulled back, which is the best chance to add more positions.

71844368 Mathieu AndasunOP: I didn’t see a filing today. I am not worried about the previous filing, as it is to keep the ceo stay in the company for longer. Even he redeem his warrants, I think it should be fine in the long term. It’s just my own opinion. I see a lot of people taking about it on YouTube as well.
