  • John noob : U knw he has more than 100m worth of shares (not in dollar) right? by selling 20m isnt a big deal after all these years of wait/work

  • GMoo : May be  he should hold it longer to give investors some confidence on his company.

  • Mcsnacks H Tupack OP : 1. He’s already a billionaire, who says he doesn’t believe it’s right for people to have large sums of wealth.
    2. He stills has as much control over the company no matter how many shares he has.
    3. Hes sold shares since the company listed.
    4. He started with 160million shares
    5. Who sells shares of a company they run after having bad ER? Looks really bad. Especially since the company was downgraded by 3 analysts to sell and upgraded by 1analyst (JP Morgan) to buy with a pt of 34.00.

  • AjayBaniya GMoo : Not to forget he bought 90 mil shares recently

  • Mcsnacks H Tupack OP AjayBaniya : But those could be for indirect holdings.

  • 70107480 : That’s behind as now, focus on the future, this is an opportunity for others to come with a big discount. Imagine from 48 (tops), went down to 25, and with all this info of 21 contracts  signed for 2021 and beyond, who would not grab this opportunity to invest.

  • Mcsnacks H Tupack OP 70107480 : Because their is a reason behind it going down from 48 to 25. And I would like to know  that reason. as to not stay invested before it happens again. That’s why you keep a tally of the red flags. Like Stock-based compensation (SBC) is taken out of adjusted figures, but is a real cost that dilutes shareholders.Paying over 50 times prospective earnings five years out is pretty expensive, with little margin of safety. Furthermore, growth stocks like Palantir could sell off if interest rates rise as the economy opens.

  • 70107480 : It’s just the  lockup period causing all this profit taking and panic selling, but like i said, that’s behind as now, time to move on, we are now at the 29 level price. If others want to sell, or don’t want to stay, let them be, that’s there right. What’s important is the future and those who want’s to invest in the company, not those who left

  • 70107480 : But honestly, i wan’t to thank those who sold out and make the price drop, because they gave me the chance to buy my 8,000 shares on a big discount, and if it drops again, i will buy more. But one thing for sure, the fundamentals of the company never change, but the future of growing more is very clear and bright. And you can ask ARK invest for that, because they bought a lot this last few days ago

  • 70107480 : And by monday, i will double down on my position, because i can see this stock going back to 40+, there might be volatility, but this stock is going back and up.

  • 70107480 : If this stock has reach the highest price of 48 already, that simply means that people are willing to pay that much for this stock (PLTR). And we will reach that again and more, it’s just a matter of time.

  • maddhatter : You overthink this stuff, mayhaps.
