Davis double play - 3 folds in a year
$Union Gas (1F2.SG)$ within a year, union gas has moved from 0.24 to 0.73, which is 3 times! Two reasons for this: 1. Fundamentally EPS has doubled from 3 cents to 6 cents. 2. Market has been more optimistic: PE has increased from 8 to 12. At current valuation, it does not look as attractive as before but it’s still a long way from being over-valued. Let’s hold on to it and see what will happen next.
