It does not effect us at all we have class B stock. Class A is for executives, board members, and some employees. gives them 2 votes and our stock gives us 1 vote per share. either way it's not the same does not have any effect anything

They approved it. I just read thru the documents for the last 4 hours and this is really really bad. 1. There are now 450,000,000 shares of AMC. they have issued 300,000,000 since January 2,2021. 2. These documents are considered an advanced notice that they can add 65,000,000 more shares on March 11. 3. The rest of these documents go into effect March 19. The May 4 date is for a meeting if the votes that are taken in the next month are in favor of filing an amendment to these documents. 4. On March 19, there will be another 35,000,000 added to the share pool to be used for equity distribution for rewards for employees or as payments to non-employees. 5. They are now allowed to after March 19 dilute the shares by up to 50million per day until 500,000,000 is reached without giving investors advanced or any notice beforehand. 6. After March 10 this stock will never squeeze. 7. Diluted EPS is now (-139.16). So if they declare bankruptcy at any time the investors shares will become worthless and you will receive no compensation.
