This exercise might sound silly but I do it every day at 1430. It's important to celebrate your success.
I don't care how small the win is. A win is a win. Momentum builds my friends.
Trading is a long game and it takes constant personal development. We're going to get into trading psychology and lifestyle soon, but I challenge you to start actually taking care of yourself. Physically, mentally and emotionally.
I'd bet many of you take better care of your cars or houses than you do your own mind and body.
