$FRASERS PROPERTY LIMITED(TQ5.SG$ On 8/3/2021, Star Lion Real Estate issued a statement announcing that the Group will distribute additional shares at a rate of 37 shares for every 100 shares, at a price of 1.18 yuan per share. Major shareholders Thailand TCC Assets and Thai Brewing (Thai Brewing) will proportionally subscribe for 86.63% of these additional shares, or equivalent to 1.09 billion yuan in net capital.
