$MP Materials(MP.US$ Company announces that a bank is selling 8 million share at $45 and the stock tanks 5%? Seems odd... no new shares are being added (non-dilution) so nothing changes in the valuation. My guess is the stock will not go over $45 for a week, but that’s all I see.

Mcsnacks H Tupack : Same thing with $$QuantumScape (QS.US)$ . They VGA buying 15 million shares so they had to do an offering of 13million so that it wouldn’t cause the stock to squeeze. But everyone started selling when they read the headlines and don’t do any DD.
