high demand, high production, become more affordable due to mass production, high sales, buying a car would mean like buying a business...it is no longer just a car. If someone long time ago told us that a phone would cost $1000, we would laugh. But now a phone can bring thousands of dollars in revenue if using it for trading or other online proffits.

only because people were stupid enough to pay the thousand for the phones.. they use to come free or $200. If people stopped buying the phones wouldn't be an issue because they would of dropped prices to increase demand. Tesla can reach it if business improves sure but right now simply off profit they are nowhere near worth that. I get these tech companies grow off potential more than actually financials though. The competition will increase but they do have technology they could do like Microsoft worse case and license out and save a fortune. Them getting into the insurance game if do could be a huge game changer though
