$Canaan(CAN.US$ The US Securities and Exchange has begun introducing regulations to delist Chinese companies. The statement from the US Securities and Exchange mentioned that it is stipulated that companies listed in the US must explain whether there are Chinese Communist Party officials on the board of directors, explain whether the company constitution contains content of the Chinese Communist Party Constitution, and disclose in the annual report whether they have any overseas arrangements or influence.
