Baidu's business.
$Baidu (BIDU.US)$ Something strange. Does Baidu's AI business count as part of its US stock market business? Does the SEC need to check if Baidu has secretly transferred the revenue from the AI business to the Hong Kong stock market? In that case, the SEC checking the accounts should be bullish for the US stock company's directors. Shouldn't Baidu first clear up its accounts before delisting, so as not to ruin the stocks on its own? If it has to ruin, it should make sure Baidu clears up its accounts before doing so.
