$AMC Entertainment(AMC.US$ Ok hear me out...what if the 500mill shares is good thing for us apes. I don't see why AMC would dilute the stock at this rate maybe they just want is to give them the authority so when the time is need it will help drive the company out of debt this saving AMC? Let me know your thoughts

eccomoo : it's not a good thing to add 500 million shares. if they asked for a reasonable amount sure.. they want to add 10 million and get 100 million cash ok why not. but not 500million..
eccomoo : maybe even 25 million so they can pull 250 million cash to help with recovery.. but 500 million no way in hell. we would no longer have a say so they would be in charge. we bought it we own it that's why they have to ask us. they tryin to take back control and give us nothing for it. 500 million shares sure we will do that pay us 100$ per share for allowing it.

Mcsnacks H Tupack : Stock offerings to dilute the stock is the worst idea to get rid of debt. It’s the biggest red flag to bail on a company. Offerings are meant for acquisitions or to expand their company by building more outlets or production factories or market a new idea or product. That’s why you invest in a company and buy their stock. You don’t invest to save it from debt and bankruptcy because that means they are doing something wrong, or running the business poorly, or they have become an outdated idea or product and haven’t adjusted to the current market. All investing does in a company thats using offerings for debt is rewarding bad behaviors and they are taking advantage of your investments.
