$Castor Maritime (CTRM.US)$ is this gonna have a rs

OldNormanBates : CTRM has at a minimum until June 28th to trade over 1 for the 10+ days, to regain Compliance on Nasdaq or do an r/s... There's some questions about whether or not they did get compliance back at the end of February, which I can't get a full answer to yet from any viable news source . NASDAQ currently shows CTRM noncompliant,so I think that we should assume that the June 28th Date is still in effect.. Anyone else have different news,please post a link from Petros that shows compliance.. Just a reddit note don't work,has to be from the company top brass, or Nasdaq.

JEFFE ZoryaLuhansk : I’ve owned shares of ctrm since last year and have been through the compliance period and we went over 10 days closing above a dollar. Why did they not regain compliance?

ZoryaLuhansk JEFFE : There are other requirements to meet other than 10 days above $1. NASDAQ says you must hold 10-20 days and they look at how violate the stock has been and average share price in recent times. According to all that, I guess we didn’t meet it even tho we held for 12 days and then market crashed...

ZoryaLuhansk OldNormanBates : You are aware if he goes with the R/S this will tank back down to the teens and then when the price increases because of R/S it will get attacked by shorts for weeks and maybe months before you see any recovery? It’s exactly what happened to SHIP. I’ve seen reverse split on a $gsli and the stock was trading hovering below a dollar the did a 6-1 reverse and the stock tanked to avg .41 per share.
