GentleMomma : Thank you so much for messaging them and please be sure to let us know! If need be I can send a message as well and maybe if they hear from more of us we will get a response sooner. With the other issue I had on here a couple of months ago it took about five days to hear back from anyone which is kind of concerning for me because this is a very unique event unfolding and I just want nothing but the best for our MOOMOO Community.
