OldNormanBates : just the current Offering at 0.650 ... Already has lowered the stock price this week and hopefully has started to rise up from the Dip that occured the other day from the original notice of this offering. IMHO the Offering is a good time, because of the need for additional cash for the 14 Ships they're now going to be running instead of the original 4or5 they had..Watch closely now and read the document over and over until you can get your own thoughts on an offering prospectus of this kind....
