Chile ConCarne : I do believe that his logic is sound when you take into account the realistic scales of time as he described them. For instance, look how long this current voting process will take from start to finish, far too long for it to be a sudden tool of emergency or immediate capital whether for defensive (zombie apocalypse) or offensive (collaborative acquisition of Pizza Hut
) purposes. And the historical process of utilization of the 2013 shares and their dispersal over time and the fact that they still have 43 million of them available, indicated to me that he is calling a spade a spade. I’m voting yes, which I previously wasn’t.
