Éilias Alastar McTalún : Voted no but I dislike the weight that'd be over our heads. Especially if management changes.. Though he may mean well the statement and gravity it holds isn't worth a benefit of the doubt
Shanos MisterJ420 : the sec report came out .with his statement bon it now .if he tries to go back on it that's fraud an he will go to prison . what I'm worried about now is that 40 mill shares amc has left that they don't use during the shut down . I have a feeling they are going wait till we get around $20 a share than boom they do a shares offerings killing our momentum.

BishMill : Voting no on the 500 shares is the best course of action for the short term, but we can revisit share dilution later by voting yes on #6 which imo is best for AMC in the long term.

duckmn56 : if you watch the interview where he stated this. he says they want to go on the offensive and start buying other companies. like they did the last time they had access to releasing shares.
he even said he doesn't want to hurt the squeeze. which is what I see from not using them until 2021.
regardless of the 500 mil new shares. they still have those 46 mil shares they can use as needed.
