User guide or beginner's guide (video is better)

I hope moomoo can create videos to help beginners understand moomoo functions and operations more quickly. As a newcomer, I need to spend time trying and testing, which is a bit time-consuming.

I hope there is a set of new user guides or tutorials to learn.

For stocks, is there a screening function? Can the system filter out stocks that are available for foreign investors to trade?
