Unusual options activity normally indicates unusual short-term price fluctuation in the underlying stock. By tracking stocks on the list, you might discover some sort of pattern.
However, one thing worth mentioning is that options are highly risky and do not blindly follow any trades. It is always smart to do your own due diligence before trading!

If you are having trouble understanding the columns, details specified as follow:
The 'Calls'/'Puts' column shows the quantity of options contracts traded.
The 'Mult' column shows the multiples sweep activity versus normal options volume.
The 'onAsk'column shows the percentage of trades that were executed on the ask side. This normally tells how aggressive the trade is.
The'IV[30d]'column shows the 30day average implied volatility.
The 'Change'column shows the changes of implied volatility.
