OldNormanBates money pit : Wait is the process. When they finish with the SEC Filing and Merger takes effect, some point identified at that time will define the next dates for the dividends. The dividends are related to how much money TRCH makes from selling off All of its USA Oil and Gas Lands And Equipment. It's a One Time Dividend Expected To Be In A Range Of 1 to 4 Dollars A Share. I'm Going On The Low Side As Estimate. The Date For The Special Meeting Was Supposed To Be May, But Now It's Delayed To An Unspecified Date, As Far As I Know. Possibly I Haven't Been Watching Enough And The Dates Have Been Given. Have To Look At The News Area And See If They Have Any SEC Filing In The Last Day.. I Know That Sounds Indefinite, But Expect June Now I Guess. That's Why It's Frustrating...
