FAQ (Futu SG clients): Where do I check for my free stock (Aapl, etc) ?
Last update: 2 Nov 2022. Note: This does not apply to clients in the US as the promotions are different.
First, you need to have a brokerage/trading account with Moomoo to receive the stock. “Securities account” means the brokerage/trading account. Most people would have already completed this step (submitted personal details and got approval).

New users who have made their first deposit of SGD 2,700/ USD 2,000/ HKD 16,000 will receive 1 attempt to spin-the-wheel to get 1 free share. All share rewards will be automatically allocated to your account within 3 business days , but the status of the share(s) will remain frozen. To ensure the successful redemption of the share(s), new users MUST maintain a daily asset balance of SGD 2,700/ USD 2,000/ HKD 16,000 for 30 days from the day of share(s) allocation; assets include cash and stock positions etc. A 20% decrease in total asset value from stipulated amount will be allowed. It can take a few working days for the notification to be sent after the conditions have been met as they process in batches.
You will receive a notification in System Notice when it is being processed (Community >message icon at top right> System Notice)
Free Stock
Once the notification is received, you can go to Trade > click US Margin Account and then scroll down.
The gift stock should show as pending. The stock should appear in your position within 5 working days after the unlock date.

SGD2 Cash Coupons
For those who are wondering where to find the SGD2 after subscribing, please go to Me > Coupons > Records. The coupons will be credited 1 working day after you subscribe (if you subscribe before 12pm) or 2 working days after (if you subscribe after 12pm). No coupons are sent on weekends so you will get 3 coupons on Mon. Usually, you need to click “use” to convert the coupons to cash but for this promotion, moomoo will redeem them automatically for you.
