BuffTommy Calii : Before covid, at around the price of $24. The annual dividend is about 5% in total. If I'm not wrong it's twice a year. So if you buy 10k worth and hold for 1 year, you get 500 SGD cash after the 2 dividend. And if the stock increase in price throughout the time like recently to $30, you get additional capital gain if you sell.
